By accessing our website or making a payment through our website/payment gateway, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

The information provided on this website is intended for general information about Seva4Yuva, its programmes, initiatives and activities.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of Seva4Yuva or any third party.

Payments made through the website may include programme fees, participation fees, registrations, contributions, sponsorships or other amounts associated with Seva4Yuva's activities.

All payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateway providers. Seva4Yuva does not directly store or process your complete card, banking or other payment credentials.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while making a payment.

3. Payment Confirmation

A payment will be considered successful only after confirmation is received from the payment gateway and/or Seva4Yuva.

In case the amount has been debited from your account but the payment status is unsuccessful or pending, please contact us at contact@seva4yuva.org with the relevant transaction details.

4. Programme Participation

Registration or payment for any Seva4Yuva programme does not automatically guarantee participation where the programme is subject to eligibility criteria, limited capacity, selection or approval.

Where applicable, specific programme-related terms will be communicated separately.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be governed by Seva4Yuva's Cancellation and Refund Policy, available on this website.

6. Intellectual Property
